Why do they make the last days of school half instead of whole days?

Why be here at all? You guys are just goofing around anyways!

I have a theory, and as is usually the case, it is probably all full of holes.

But I suspect the reason you're here is NOT about learning goals.

It is our final shot at a bit of revenge, our last chance to mess with your heads.

All year long you've tortured your teachers, now we antogonize you instead!

NOW we have something you really want; your last elementary report card.

And I'm going to tell you a secret; if I want to change a grade, it's not hard!

Imagine that feeling when the "A" you expect, suddenly transforms to a "D!"

Who would pull such a dastardly deed? Certainly not little old me!

I am WAY too nice of a guy to start being mean to you now.

But, if I were you, I would behave these last days, anyhow.

If a teacher says "Jump" you better say "How high?" and ask while up in the air.

Even though I know that you don't, start pretending that you still care.

Schoolwork is over, that much is true, but the school year is not yet done.

For two little half days it's "Teacher's Revenge" it's OUR turn to have a little fun!
