I know this sounds like a peculiar request, but I think it would be cool

if, even though tomorrow's Saturday, you all came back to school.

Tomorrow is our School's Spring Fling. Come out and have some fun.

And (I can't believe I'm saying this) I'd like to see EVERYONE!

There will be prizes you can win. There'll be fun and games for all.

So come on back tomorrow, and have yourself a ball!

But all that stuff may not be important to any of you.

So, let's look at all the things you will NOT have to do.

There won't be any Morning Work, no Red Badge of Courage chapters to read.

No school work of any kind. It will be quite a day, indeed!

But the best part (for you) about Spring Fling, is the part that I'll be missin'.

No matter how I shout and yell, you won't have to listen!
