There is one particular Math skill that kids all seem to know. It has always been this way, everywhere I go. Multiplication is sometimes hard. Algebra is always tough. Probability trips up students and calculating area can be rough. Some understand division quickly, others not at all. And when it comes to scientific notation, many trip and fall. But, for some strange reason I simply do not understand, All kids can count backwards. Even without using the fingers on either hand! Isn't that weird? You all can do it. Try it and you'll see. But, why everyone has that skill, is way beyond me. While you do your Morning Work , I'll try to figure it out and let you know. Oh by the way, before Spring Break, there's two days left to go! |
