You still have had NO homework? What is up with that?

I understood there wasn't any, while you did FCAT,

but FCAT tests are over (at least for another year),

and while I know that fills your little hearts with cheer,

that doesn't explain no homework. Something else must be going on.

A teacher not giving homework, somehow just seems wrong.

What have you been doing with this extra time, while you're not at school?

Have you been helping around the house, or just running around like a fool?

I had one thought, it's not likely, but it would be nice.

Maybe you've spent your extra time doing your Morning Work twice.
