Tuesday it was test book security. Last year, you learned about grading.

The next test doesn't start for a while, let's talk about test creation, while you're waiting.

Where DO they come up with the questions they ask? What sort of minds come up with this stuff?

Are the nation's best and brightest working all year long just to make your life rough?

Well, I heard about a strange little house, in a place a long way away.

And one lonely guy who sits in a room. He cannot go out and play.

He sits all day long with pencil in hand sitting at his kitchen table

making up questions and answers and he doesn't care if you're able

to answer them or figure them out; he only wants his payback.

It seems years ago, he had a horrible teacher who was known by the name Mr. Mac!

That's the story I heard, so it may be MY fault. I really feel kind of bad.

I never thought when I'm yelling at kids that they would ever stay mad

for years and years, and then seek revenge. But I guess that's just how it goes.

Maybe I should be more careful, and try not to add to students' woes

with all of my yelling and homework. But wait! Why should that be?

Changing may make it better for you, but a whole lot less fun for me!
