Think good thoughts this morning; the fourth grade's a little stressed.

Today's a big day for all of them. They take the FCAT Writing test.

But, fifth grade has some time left (twelve school days more to go),

before you get to show off all the stuff you know.

In the meantime, we'll do Morning Work, and review, so you are ready.

And ready you are, so don't freak out and worry. Be calm and steady.

You've studied and practiced and worked and reviewed until your brain seems quite packed.

And when FCAT is here, you'll do the best that you can, which is all that I ever have asked.

As I've told you all year (actually two, because we have been loopin'),

no matter what happens on FCAT tests, no one will give you a whoopin'!
