Another three-day weekend! I hope that you had some fun.

Is there anything bad about a long weekend? Well, I can think of one.

It's coming back on Monday, knowing that we will

be in school for five straight days! Aren't you all just thrilled?

I've more good news you'll want to hear; Young Author's books are due.

You have until this Friday, then there's no more time for you.

So, after you've done your Morning Work, and copied your Spelling List,

you may want to check your rubric, to make sure there's no requirement that you missed.

Because Young Author's is a big project; you'll want to do your best.

And, starting tomorrow, for three days, you also have Benchmark tests.

Oh one last thing about your three-day break (try not to shed a tear)
