Five days off! Man, oh man! We won't know what to do!

The only thing I know for sure is I'll have to retrain you.

I'm sure that after five long days, there's some things that you forgot.

Here's a reminder of the things you do, and the things that you can not.

The building you're in is called a school. The room you're in; a class.

You try your hardest every day to make sure that you pass.

You have a little yellow cylinder that is pointy on one end.

You use it to make marks on paper, NOT to poke your friend.

These marks you make should be specific shapes, called letters (a to z).

Sometimes you make things called numbers. (Examples: 1, 2, 3).

The strange-looking man is called the teacher. You have one goal throughout your day.

Make sure that he stays happy. Do whatever he might say.

You all behave and do your work, without ever being told.

Your teacher never has to yell (or reprimand or scold).

You do Grammar Giggles and Morning Math and ALL work with a smile.

You work nonstop all through the day, and you're happy all the while.

You NEVER ask for recess, you never complain or cry.

It may not seem familiar to you, but I can dream can't I?
