Although there's still days left in school, an ending comes today. The time has come to turn them in. To put our handhelds away. This project is a huge success. You should be proud of all you've done. You've learned a lot, you've done a lot. You maybe even had some fun. You've done more with these handhelds than the school board ever thought could be. And I know whose is responsible, and trust me, it ain't me! Other classes have the handhelds, but you did more. It's true. The program is successful and it's all because of you. Pat yourselves on the back. Give your class a cheer. Imagine what we'll be able to do with the PPC's next year! We will be doing research and classroom presentations. But all you're thinking about right now is Summertime vacations. Summer's here and off you'll go, but the handhelds stay behind. But we still have work to do, if y'all don't mind. We just won't use computers. Holy Moly! Can we do that? Yes we can. For the next four days, pen and paper's where it's at! Fear not my little friends, you get the handhelds back next year. The only bummer for most of you, I'll also be here!
