Another three-day weekend! Do you ever go to school?

Let's not forget, on top of that, tomorrow's April Fools!

Things look pretty good for you. Life is quite all right.

And Sunday adds, at the end of your day, another hour of light.

Can your life get any better? Can you possibly have more fun?

There aren't too many ways to improve, but I can think of one!

It's better than having three days off. Better than a prize!

What could it be that puts a brighter sparkle in your eyes?

Why, it's Morning Work, of course! Will wonders never cease?.

It makes sick people well again. It will bring us all world peace.

A little Social Studies, to start the day out right.

Then, the Math and Science, will help you see the light.

Young Authors' books aren't finished, so you get to work on those.

We have a Spelling test today, as everybody knows.

When you finish off the Reading, you may start to feel a little blue.

With Morning Work all done for the day, THEN what will you do?

Have no fear. Life's still good. We've plenty of things to do.

"Beat Your Teacher", auctions, and the flying Man in Blue!

And yes, we'll work on fractions, and study the cycle of life.

There won't be any wasted time to cause you any strife.

Yes, your life is pretty good right now. Enjoy it while you can.

"Cause while you're off for three whole days, Mr. Mac is making plans!
