Another milestone has been passed, the benchmark tests are handed in.

You now have a massive, four-day break, before the FCAT tests begin.

For the next four days, Morning Work is back. Providing practice, so you'll be ready.

It may seem like an awful lot of work, but you can do it if your pace is steady.

It's like the "Tortoise and the Hare" It's not about your speed.

So take your time on Social Studies , and concentrate when you Read.

But, don't WASTE time, just do your Math and your Language , too.

There will be an opportunity to relax, when you are finally through.

Stay focused. Don't rush. Do the best that you are able.

When you get to Writing, just start your Fractured Fable.

And don't forget the moral or the lesson to be learned.

Like "They didn't do their Morning Work and got the grades they earned!"
